Privacy

Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below we provide detailed information about the handling of customer data.

Collection and processing of customer data

In principle, a customer can visit our website without providing any personal information. If the customer wants to shop, subscribe to our newsletter or use certain functions of our website, personal data is collected. These are automatically stored and processed by us, but not passed on to third parties.

Data entry

So that the customer can order in the online shop and we can process his order, we need the following customer data: First name, last name, email address, street, zip code, city, phone number, username and password. Immediately after registration, the customer will receive their access data by email. We need the e-mail address and telephone number to contact the customer for inquiries and information in connection with the order. Street, postal code and town are decisive for shipping.

Use and Disclosure of Your Information

We use the communicated customer data exclusively for the fulfillment of the contract and strictly according to the legal regulations. For this purpose, if necessary, your data will be passed on to other companies, e.g. the post office. These companies may only use the customer data for order processing and not for other purposes and are contractually obliged to us to comply with the statutory data protection regulations.

In the event of a statutory provision, an official order or an official investigation, however, we are legally obliged to make the relevant data available to the authority.

Maximum length of data retention allowed

The data may be kept for a period of three years after the last contact with the customer.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions. These are small text files that are stored on your computer.

The cookies remain on the consumer's computer and enable us to recognize the computer in question the next time you visit (long-term cookies). These cookies are used to save the individual selections made by the visitor (e.g. the items placed in a shopping cart) in order to then restore them in the state they were in when the respective website is called up again. We use cookies to create non-personalised statistics. The generated cookies have a maximum expiration time of 3 months.

The customer can set the browser in such a way that he is informed about the setting of cookies, can decide on the acceptance on a case-by-case basis or can generally exclude the acceptance of cookies. If cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be restricted. The browser's help menu contains a description of how to set the standard browser accordingly and how to accept or reject cookies.

In order to be able to use our shopping cart, cookies must be enabled. If the customer does not want to accept cookies, he can also order by email.

Access data is saved every time a file is requested in the shop. The data stored in this way is evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes. A transfer to third parties, even in extracts, by us is excluded.

Right to information

The customer has the right to free information about your stored data and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data, insofar as this is legally possible.
